  • Good Concept, But Execution Falls Short

I really wanted to like this podcast — the show notes suggest valuable insights for endurance athletes. But the delivery is very disorganized, with long-winded episodes that could benefit from tighter editing and more thoughtful questions. In the end there are other much better podcasts in this niche. Perhaps future episodes will offer more structure and clearer takeaways. There’s potential here, but it’s not living up to it yet.

  • Good show, bad language

As an aspiring uphill athlete I find the show helpful. But please watch the language. The S word is used too often without an “E” warning.
