  • Patiently Wait for Each New Episode

I honestly do look for her next new episode and can’t wait to listen. Kate has become my personal health coach. Her work has enhanced my life in many ways and this podcast is a huge part of it. She selects such informative, interesting guests and asks the questions I want answered. I also love the podcasts without a a guest, where Kate talks about a subject. I have all her books and use them as references regularly, too.

  • So great!

6 years ago I began my journey to learn more about Ayurveda due to a health issue. This ancient wisdom helped me heal from major digestive issues. I needed a simple cookbook and Kate’s first book was recommended…I now own all four. This podcast is the frosting on the cake ❤️
