This is my favourite podcast. So interesting, informative, with amazing guests. I appreciate all this knowledge so much thank you!!!! ❤️
6 years ago I began my journey to learn more about Ayurveda due to a health issue. This ancient wisdom helped me heal from major digestive issues. I needed a simple cookbook and Kate’s first book was recommended…I now own all four. This podcast is the frosting on the cake ❤️
These weekly episodes are a highlight of my week. Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts and grounded perspectives on Ayurveda. I always come away with something insightful, nourishing, or both. I also appreciate the variety of guests – whether or not I agree with everything shared, I value the respectful conversations and open minded exploration.
I’ve been a follower of Kate’s work for about 5 years, and I’m so thrilled she came out with a podcast. It’s a show I didn’t know I needed! She wonderfully blends Ayurveda with modern health, all the while making it doable and understandable for the average person. Her show covers a wide variety of topics and I love her down-to-earth, easeful vibe.
Thank you Kate O’Donnell for bringing Karen Hurd to your Podcast. Such a wonderful interview today, great useful information. I loved Karen’s style of teaching if I had her as my chemistry teacher when I was young I would have stayed with science! Thanks for all your podcasts and your work sharing accurate and healthy knowledge, insights and information.
