No scientific evidence to back any of these claims or information she shares. The promotion of not exercising is not something to be proud of. The evidence is clear that there is a minimum threshold of 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise per week. Just because other cultures don’t do it doesn’t mean that they’re healthy. Outward size is not a good determinant of inner health and this podcast promotes that it is.
I usually love the people Kimberly interviews. I live a primarily plant based diet lifestyle. I love the insight presented and the warm community. However… I didn’t like the episode with Dr. John Lewis. It felt a little conspiracy-theory-ish and like he was really pushing that other views other than his were dumb. I have been an admirer and follower of Kimberly’s for several years but I find her deafening silence on the subject of Deepak Chopra and his relationship to Epstein very disturbing.
What a nourishing space. She combines wisdom, science, and heart in a way that feels both grounding and inspiring. Every episode leaves me with practical insights and a sense of calm.
I wrote the review below this a few years ago. I hate to say it but Kimberly Snyder is just a grifter. She pushes her extreme, unsustainable vegan and spiritual lifestyle on vulnerable people. She has a naturally petite body and good genes. She uses that to trick vulnerable people struggling with their weight and health into buying her books and supplements when her extreme diet principles fail them.
