This podcast is one of the best ones to help you redirect and get you back on track on taking care of the most precious asset of your company - your employees! The host knows it's not always rainbows and butterflies so it comes in the sweet spot of inspiring and motivating! Great guests and topics! As always!
I am so sad that they keep pushing these ideas when they are really all about the money. Their management would sell their employees out to make a buck. They make it sound good, but I know from experience that they are bad people.
As a podcast host myself, I'm pretty picky about what podcasts I listen to. In my book, the conversations on Everybody Matters are insightful and engaging, but more than that, they are encouraging.
I'd give it 10 stars if that was an option. Keep spreading the love and the word that Everybody Matters.
