I serve as a Family Pastor and am about 6 years into vocational ministry. This podcast has been immensely beneficial, and wholly enjoyable, to listen to. Thank you!
They have some good ideas in ecclesiology, but are wobbly on the biblical requirements for being a pastor, chiefly the office of pastor or elder being biblically reserved for men.
I’m a Youth Pastor of a small church. I have obtained so much valuable/God Centered information from these Pastors. They have stretched my thoughts, vision and ideology on the nuts/bolts of church ministry.
Most of the topics are excellent and the group does a very good job at least talking about topics pastors and churches can certainly encounter.
I have nearly dropped them from my rotation over the subtle promotions of Reformed theology and the near constant references to Calvinistic pastors and ministries. After hearing one of the three express his lack of need to defend Calvinism, because it isso obviously right, in episode 153, I nearly dropped them right there.
