I always look forward to your podcast but especially loved hearing about language and possibilities on your episode with Matthew McConaughey. I am studying to be a marriage and family Therapist and I am studying at a program that was founded by one of the pioneers of the field, Harleen Andersen. Her book Conversation, Language & Possibilities is life changing. She would be an incredible guest but either way I think you would really appreciate her book.
Greg McKeown's podcast, Episode 233: "The Power of Half an Hour," offers a timely set of tools that have positively transformed my life and work. After engaging with several of Greg's podcasts and reading his books, "Essentialism" and "Effortless," I've cultivated a core set of foundational skills that I now implement daily using the Essentialism Planner.

Thank you Greg & Alison. Have just listened on a journey with my husband and we have both enjoyed it and taken notes of things to try. Some really interesting ideas. I like the idea of free writing as a journal always feels like it needs to be neat. Messy is where the magic happens! Thanks.
I feel dumber after listening to this podcast episode. Why replay an episode where YOU couldn’t even understand what the guest is trying to say. HE doesn’t even know what he’s trying to say. Just regurgitating stuff he’s read online. What a waste of time!
Amazing episode - What I my core values? How do I spend my time? It’s an episode that helps you take back the agency of your life and working life. I love the nuances - don’t just quit your job but ask for a way to do your job and still be able to live a value based life. Thank you both
