  • What a great find! A real gem.

A friend put me onto this podcast and it is a fantastic listen. Each episode is a well researched story about some great escapes, delivered by an engaging and insightful narrator. I like how each episode really digs into the background of each story so you get some of the broader context about the escapees and how they got there. In era when podcasts are being dominated by the big production houses like Gimlet or NPR it is great to discover such a high quality independent effort like this - a re... more

  • Details!

I began this podcast on the Darcy Dugan episode! and boy was I pleased!

Most shows of this nature fill in on the details of the criminals life or focus on the crime committed brushing over every topic just so we get a general idea. But no! This show focused on the smallest of details and painted pictues so vivid in a play by play fashion that you witness every moment as if you're there living it. It's a movie for your head with this level of detail! Fascinating!

Quality new podcast with superb pacing and narration. Subtle soundscape intersects elegantly with the progression of the story and made for an engaging listen. Started listening to check it out and ended up making time for both episodes in a row. Very interested to see what comes next.
