To me, he is the newest and greatest jazz artist to enter my life. I had never heard of him before another of my favorite podcasts, OpenSource with Chris Lydon, introduced him to me. What an amazing podcast. Just amazing how interesting all these people are. Highly recommended.
I hope Dr. Kelley seriously consider hosting a jazz podcast in the future, not just about Erroll Garner. He has so much knowledge. His guests are great. The format is fantastic. I could listen to Dr. Kelley and his guests for hours. It feels like you’re hanging out with the coolest cats in town.
