Thank you for this interview. I’ve been a Tiffany fan for a long time but didn’t know her big life change over the last few years. I’m heartbroken for her and her family but also inspired to make changes based on her advice. This talk had me wiping away tears for hours. So meaningful and important. Thank you again. Erika, you did a great job.
That’s one thing I’ve noticed about Erika that sets her apart from a lot of Podcasters… she listens. She lets her guests do what they came to do… talk!! It’s so refreshing to see. She doesn’t interrupt them, she waits and then asks her question and she’s respectful when she doesn’t agree with them. She has the sweetest laugh and generally seems like a really good person.

The only thing that was missing (or maybe I just missed it), was drinking lots of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. Thank you, Erika, fo... more
This is the first episode I have heard after watching your reels on IG. I’m so glad I heard this one!!! Thank you for releasing such pertinent and ENCOURAGING information! Keep up the excellent work!!

It can also come from fish, but there was no explanation on the podcast about how a vegetarian or vegan might get this into their diet. There seems to be a real lack of easily available information for people who are choosing to avoid animal testing or animal products in beauty products. This is something that has become very imp... more
