  • The Best Knowledge Source

After seeing Eric on TikTok in 2024, I headed over to this podcast to come up with my post-partum weight loss plan. I was in my third trimester, and took notes, mentally prepared myself for the work I’d have to do when I was cleared for activity, and made a plan. With Eric’s advice and listening to the podcast each week, I lost 40lbs postpartum, and am now a mom of a 1 and 3 year old with the best body I’ve ever had. His approach can be tough, but he backs it in science and experience. Thank you... more

  • My Bestie!

I secretly tell everyone that Eric Roberts is my “friend” (he just doesn’t know it yet). Anytime I drop one of his tips, I say, “Well, my friend Eric said…”—and suddenly I sound like I’ve got life all figured out. 😂 What I love most is how real he is—he reminds you that you’re human, not a robot, and perfection is overrated. This is hands down my favorite podcast. And hello… no ads?! That’s how you know this is pure passion. Thanks, Eric—your unofficial bestie appreciates you!
