So many of us have handed our spouse a job description they were never meant to fill, to notice our every need, validate our worth, provide our purpose, and keep us feeling seen, alive, and whole. And when they fall short, we feel unnoticed, disappoi... more

We often treat physical intimacy as something that happens only in the moment, but the body carries far more than the moment. It carries our history, our stress, and our old wounds, everything it has learned about whether it is safe to open. Drawing ... more

Christa goes so deep with such expertise (with a fun, lighthearted cadence!) into all things marriage and personalities! Each episode I learn more about relationship growth and my own personality and Type 4 needs. Truly the BEST podcast, so informative and yet SO enjoyable to listen to, for those in relationships and also those just looking for individual growth! So thankful you be part of the E+M community!

You not only learn so much about the enneagram through this podcast, but you learn how to use your enneagram to support you through different real life situations. It’s such a cool thing to learn about and very helpful. Would recommend listening!
Christa is my go to for all things Enneagram. Very very practical tips for each of us to really enjoy the holidays rather than dread them! Everybody do your work and find your JOY and peace within, with your family and friends, and most importantly with God!
To the dear of sweet host of this wonderful show, please consider muting yourself while your guest is speaking. The yeses and ooh and ahhs and mmms are really distracting in the background!
