I’ve been with this show all the way back to the ATU (Ask the Ultrarunner) days. Sad to see it ending, but am so happy for Tawnee and her family priorities. If you’re just discovering this podcast, dive into the archives…the data will benefit you no matter its age.
Been listening since 2014 (and was coached by Tawnee). Will be sad to see the show go. Thanks to Tawnee and lucho! MAF has been a huge part of my training ever since.
Love this show. Lots of relevant topics related to endurance sports and healthy lifestyles. Science and research based discussions.
Used to love EP when the focus was on training and racing for health and happiness. Will no longer listen after the May 19 2023 episode. Radiation from smart watches making our arms weak? Toxins from GMOs? Blanket statements hinting at correlation without any scientific evidence. Silly at best dangerous at worst.
Love this show!
