I know that the subject is about love, but I wish we can talk more about love between you know, family, and friends because right now I’m feeling very lonely and I wish we could talk about more the solitude of being alone and not evolving around the other ones, I know it’s about the dynamic there, but I wish we can talk about the dynamic between friends
I randomly found Nathalie this morning on Instagram and was directed to this podcast from her feed and honestly I’m so blown away by how articulate and direct she is around taking 100% for our own emotional responsibility. So so good!
A friend of mine shared one of her episodes with me and I was floored. For the first time in a long time, I had words to my feelings and an explanation for my depression and anxiety. I listen to her frequently and gain a lot of practicality of how to deal with life. Her wisdom is proving itself in improving my approach to conflict. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart, Kianna.
I’m a therapist, and I can dish out advice like it’s nothing, however I’ve always struggled deep down because I wasn’t healed, and with adhd it’s difficult for me to see myself the way I can see others…however this podcast, and the way she speaks and puts things into perspective is truly life changing. She has been able to provide empathy when needed and also that tough love at the same time. I cannot recommend this podcast enough!!
I love this podcast so much. Years of therapy haven’t explained my anxious attachment nearly as well as Nathalie’s breakdown of Dealing with Anxious Attachment in Dating. The series so far has been illuminated with nuggets of wisdom - sometimes wisdom bombs. I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough.
