  • Love this podcast!

    I’ve been listening to this podcast for the past couple of years and love that Julie is relatable, real and gives great insights for balancing life and overall health. I love her connection with her faith and bringing that into the balance as well.

    My only complaint is how often she pushes her Movement with Julie program. Mentioning it once in a podcast or every few podcasts is plenty but I feel like over the past year the program is heavily pushed much more than it used to be. That being said,... more
