    Julie- where were you when I was 20!! (Learning to talk LOL). As a woman who just turned 60 and have done various fitness programs on and off since college, I have learned so much from this podcast.     As someone who returned to lifting weights after a 15 year hiatus, I find Julie’s podcast inspirational, informative and very helpful in keeping up-to-date on current fitness trends and topics.
