These conversations are wonky, but understandable. If you are a law student looking to get beyond case study, this pod is perfect. But unfortunately, episodes are rare. Considering that election law is ushering in the next generation of civil rights attorneys, we could all benefit from more ELB pods.
Professor Hasen/Rick, I really enjoyed listening to your conversation with Erwin Chemerinsky about Justice Ginsburg's public comments about Trump, but I found it challenging to constantly adjust the volume to hear you. Dean Chemerinsky's mic technique was impeccable. As Marc Maron tells his guests, get up on that mic! Otherwise, keep up the good work!
Great podcast. One suggestion for further episodes, I'd like to hear more on campaign-finance law. Where we are today. Seems like it's been changing a bunch and the FEC commissioners and others are hinting at them but many folks don't know what the law is now.
Satisfies my inner election administration nerd
Great!
