    I am working my way through the podcast, it has had immense information that has helped steer us in the right way. I knew nothing about histamine potentially being a trigger until finding this podcast, so I am now looking into a low histamine diet for my daughter.     My daughter is battling a small eczema spot on her cheek, and we’ve been down the endless creams and antibiotics and steroid prescriptions, and nothing seems to get rid of it. This podcast has helped inform me on what eczema is and how eczema is curable, it just takes time and intentionality. I’m thankful for resources like this that help moms like me!
