Jon explained how bad McDonald's is, yet allows his kids to eat there and called it a treat. Then there's a dunkin donuts promo during the show. Cognitive dissonace. I've always enjoyed eat this, not that articles but I don't think I'll give this show another spin. Tell the truth. Don't ever eat mcdoodoo or dunkin do not. I thought this show encouragedl listeners to eat clean, not unhealthy. But thanks for reminiding me about restaurants ice makers.
Hopfully you guys bring this back it was enjoyable
Great information for those new to self nutrition. Recommending ideas instead of restricting options.
