Recently found the Easy Double guys and it’s been a great addition to the podcast running rotation. I like the structure of the show with an in depth look at results each week along with a bit of their own running insights and other regular segments. The knowledge of the guys and a European and Aussie take provide good insights and something different for the listen and makes runs go by easy.

Sharing their running journeys and balancing high level performance with everyday life , it gives a full and honest insight into challenges we all face whilst striving for year on year improvement .
