Kenny is a wonderful host and does any incredible job of covering lots of interesting geeky topics. I love that he believes that a person can be geeky about anything, such as baking, ballet, eating healthy, or going to the gym. Thank you!
A solid mix of workout encouragement and geekdom. Huzzah!
*a la Captain Planet* When your passions combine, I'm DUMBELLS & DRAGONS!
This is such a great podcast, that covers a great range of topics. Kenny is a great interviewer and gets a lot from his interviewee. A great example was his cosplay panel interview with Maid of Might and Tara Cosplay where they started discussing body positivity! Love it. Been listening since the beginning and realized I hadn't posted a review.
Keep on rocking Kenny and the rest of the D&D crew :)
I'm a big fan of comicbook movies and sci-fi. I loved the podcast on the new Dr. Strange movie! Lots of insights about the Marvel cinematic universe and how this movie fits into that larger story are discussed. The guests are all super comfortable with each other which provided a lot of laughs in the podcast! Subscribed!
Decades ago, the cliques of jocks and geeks wouldn't ever have crossed paths. The Dumbbells and Dragons podcast is the absolute antithesis of that divide. Host Kenny does his best to connect these two audiences and does so by providing an inclusive atmosphere for his guests to help listeners work out and nerd out. A wonderfully positive podcast that incorporates a wide range of guests who talk comics, sci-fi, lifestyle, and a whole grab bag of topics.
