    Pain Science Education is one of my favorite podcasts! And, although I love pain science education (in general), this podcast is really about so much more!     As someone with chronic pain, I particularly loved this episode because it focuses on self agency in getting your life and health back. I have worked online with Dr. Tatta, and he was so critical in helping me to understand my pain and overcome the obstacles that were preventing me from walking.
