An explanation of why the way we eat is important, rather than just being given a list of what we should be doing, for me when I understand the science and research behind the reasons for eating whole foods etc and limiting highly processed foods in my diet, I find it much easier to make the changes, someone just telling me this is what you should do doesn’t work for me , I’m finally feeling much more positive about my diet and gaining more control over it.
