  • Based in Science, Super Compassionate

I absolutely love these podcasts. And while I don’t live in AZ I have referred several of my friends to Dr. M’s office. As a woman who has suffered massively during my journey from peri to meno, due to incompetent doctors it is a breath of fresh air tolerance the deep reasons why these things are happening to my body. Dr. M has a soothing voice and these podcasts are absolute 💎 gems! A must listen 🎧 💛

  • Great content

Doc knows his stuff. Content is great. I like the topics of lifestyle, nutrition, and hormones the best so far.

Im not sure how exactly it was worded in podcast- but I do like the idea of “dumbing down the medical words” so that i understand better. ☺️

    I support that, haha
