As a parent of youth soccer players, I didn’t grow up around the game but am enjoying learning it alongside my kids. Down the Tunnel has been an awesome find for me as the guests have all been fantastic! Kean does an excellent job with the interviews to draw out each guests unique perspective and experiences from their time spent playing, coaching, managing and generally obsessing over The Beautiful Game!
Fantastic listen! Great insight into all aspects of football.
I have personally known Kean for quite a long time. Throughout his life he has always offered views on the game of football that challenge others, shed light on truths, and call out the game in such colorful and tactical ways that others simply cannot produce. Each episode (up through #11 so far...) has given such a great platform to the world and reality that football exists in. The lens Kean applies to his conversations is one of great knowledge, passion, and maturity. Absolutely look forward ... more
The content is great. Interesting interviews that really dives into all aspects of footballing life. Highly recommended!
I’ve been listening to soccer pods for years, and I think this is the first one that has ever taught me about the inner workings of the soccer world here in the US and abroad. The topics and guests are very diverse which helps keep things fresher than the average soccer pod that just reviews the last week of action. It’s clear from his line of questioning that Kean loves/understands the sport and wants his listeners to learn and develop an appreciation for all that goes into the game. His guests... more
Excellent content. Kean does a great job getting interesting guests on the podcasts and runs a great show
Fantastic listen 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I have listened to each of these episodes and the conversations just keep getting better and better. The guests are solid, but Kean, drawing from his experience, offers an insight to each and every aspect of the game, as well as an honest curiosity that opens up a fun, yet candid dialogue between he and his guests. I strongly recommend this podcast for anyone who seeks to learn more about the past, present and future of the beautiful game.
Enjoy listening to Kean interview individuals from all aspects of the soccer industry to get their take on the industry. Kean does a great job interviewing each guest. Look forward to seeing which great guest he has on each week!
Such a great podcast showcasing the various aspects of soccer. Great for kids and adults a like who want a more in depth look at soccer’s inter-workings both domestically and abroad. With one of the greatest soccer minds, i’ve had the pleasure to work with. Definitely looking forward to more episodes!
Wow, very proud father! Zach is an amazing person. Really enjoyed your approach to interviewing Kean. Keep up the good work. I’m a fan.
Great insight into topics for players, coaches, and parents alike! Looking forward to more episodes.
Superb episode with Katie LaForge - Great soccer minds. Can’t wait for more episodes.
The episode on women’s soccer is outstanding. Katie LaForge is certainly not a household name but her soccer journey from high school to college to the pros would make a great movie.
