Bravo! Thank you for interviewing these candidates separately. They spoke like humans, addressing the issues and providing possible solutions. I appreciate your knowledge of the issues and pressing them when their responses did not cut the mustard.

  • Oscars Review

This recent episode with Andrew and Mike was great...just what a movie review show should be. No spoilers were given (I have seen 8 if the 10 noms) and Mike gave an awesome and even handed review of each film. It was fun that Andrew had not seen any of them (yet!). Andrew. my vote is for "The Fableman's" for best picture.

Q: What keeps you going after 30 years in the business?
A combination of loving the craft, leading a great team, staying hands-on, and the opportunity to give back to the community through events and fundraisers.
Jason Estes on 30 Years Tossing Pizzas at Sonny's
Q: What is Chicago style pizza to you and how did that influence your menu?
Chicago style for us meant thin, crispy crust served in a square-cut 'Chicago box' and we used that as the foundation before incorporating deep-dish and other regional styles as the market evolved.
Jason Estes on 30 Years Tossing Pizzas at Sonny's
Q: So how did you get your start with Sonny's?
We started in a small gas-station space in 1996 after moving from Chicago, gradually expanding the menu and operations as the business proved itself, which eventually led to bigger venues and more pizza styles.
