Don’t Think is your weekly overthinking support group disguised as a podcast - hosted by Carla Bezanson, known for spiraling in her car and saying what everyone else is too embarrassed to admit. In short, she’s anxiety personified. This isn’t another polished self help show.

I really wanted to like Carla but after she decided to get political into an issue she has no business being in I morally can’t support her anymore.
I am here from TikTok and have never been happier that a creator is expanding their audience. Carly is funny and it seems like all the things she speaks on are things I have struggled with or thoughts I have had. It’s like getting to listen to advice and words of encouragement from a best friend Keep up the amazing work Carly!!
SnarlyCarly is the best. I’ve been listening to her for a while now on here and Facebook. What I enjoy most is that she gives you the reality check you need, especially when dealing with men. When I’ve gone through tough break ups and situationships 🤢 she reminded me of my worth and helped me keep moving.
Highly recommend.
I feel so seen and understood when I listen to this podcast. I struggle with OCD and I’ve never heard someone explain things the way Carla does in a way that is so hauntingly accurate to my experience. Please never stop making this podcast.
This podcast feels like Carla is inside my head, the strategies she shares have been extremely helpful in my day to day and feels like a mix between my best friend and therapist. Hey, maybe that’s a side quest for you!

The show blends candid personal storytelling with practical takes on anxiety, mental health, relationships, and everyday life. Episodes typically feature the host's own experiences, listener call-ins, and occasional guests who add perspective or promote related projects. The tone is unpolished, funny, and brutally honest, often turning emotional chaos into relatable takeaways for people navigating dating, self-worth, and mental wellness. A standout is the consistent focus on authentic vulnerability and real-world strategies, which can resonate strongly with listeners seeking empathy, humor, and practical guidance. Potential listeners should expect a lot of self-reflection, candid humor, and discussions that feel like a supportive group chat... more
