  • Real and Funny

I’ve really enjoyed this podcast it makes me laugh and makes me feel not alone in the depression and disappointment that is my life. When I’m feeling the worst of it I try to remember that I’m lucky to live in my “meat suit” for as long as I can ;)

  • perfectly balanced!

I’ve never been an avid podcast listener, but this one has completely changed the game for me. There’s humor and realness, but I’m also left with takeaways I can apply to my everyday. The episodes always keep me engaged even when they aren’t entirely relevant to my life (they usually are though lol)
