I love this podcast, it’s almost comforting to know I’m not alone in this and that so many other people have the same overpowering anxiety and it’s manageable and doesn’t have to be the end of the world and makes me feel less alone so thank you for that💕💕
This podcastis the first “self help” pod that I’ve actually been able to sit thru and made me feel good. I get a laugh and I feel like I’m not alone. I love that she gives real and relatable situations. but still gives advice that slaps me in the face and I needed to hear. I just love this pod watched all of the episodes in two days
Listened to all the episodes so far and it’s just not for me. She seems cool and I want to believe her “anxiety” but I’m just not buying it. Also the calls at the end, to me they seem 100% fake and are AI generated. But good luck I guess, I still enjoy your IG content
I’ve vibed with Carla’s IG reels for months. I swear every single video she posts feels like it was pulled straight from the depths of my brain and put online. When I heard she was putting out a podcast, I was SAT.
In the first two minutes of her first episode, she hits me with “I have anxiety, depression, BPD, and OCD” and I could have jumped through that app and hugged her. My literal EXACT mental health struggles. It makes sense why I connected to her content so much.
If you want 30 minute... more
