As a recreational runner I find this podcast very informative and helpful on my running journey.
There are lots of running shoe reviewers out there but this group brings what I feel is a new and unique perspective that makes me look my shoes and running mechanics differently. Very interesting and educational! The buy or sell episodes have so much discussion, I always love them.
Love listening to these 4 geeks (in whatever combination). They bring a whole different perspective to shoes with their physio therapy profession which I think is a whole lot more interesting than listening to sponsored shoe reviews with a strong bias.
Love the shoe reviews and specific injury episodes. Thanks for providing unbiased, reliable information!
I enjoy listening to your knowledge of shoes and running. But Andrea you have to stop saying “like” in almost every sentence. You’re a smart person but it makes you sound dumb.
