I enjoy listening to your knowledge of shoes and running. But Andrea you have to stop saying “like” in almost every sentence. You’re a smart person but it makes you sound dumb.
Homepage already great. So is the podcast.
Great reviews and discussion from a medical perspective. I love that it has a shoe review but its not really from the influencer perspective, they are not just saying the medical words, they understand them. No criticizm, but would love for them to break activities down from an age and experience perspective beyond their normal breakdown. Ex. why a 60 yr old runner should not use or perform...most goals pivot with age or experience.
