Great reviews and discussion from a medical perspective. I love that it has a shoe review but its not really from the influencer perspective, they are not just saying the medical words, they understand them. No criticizm, but would love for them to break activities down from an age and experience perspective beyond their normal breakdown. Excellent, science-based & informed discussion around all things running. It’s nice to hear from actual runners who happen to be well-educated PTs who can actually speak with some authority rather than the morass of social media running “influencers”. But it’s not just all dry science, there’s enough meandering chats and personal points of view and perspectives to make it engaging. Well done
Valuable information regarding all things running. I’ve really enjoyed this podcast for shoe reviews, feedback regarding balancing life and running, and science. Keep up the great work!
Details based on science + personal experiences + multiple opinions compared and contrasted = a quality listen every episode
