  • Encouraging, Positive, Fun!

This is my favorite podcast. I love Kevin and Jed and Coach Katie and love when Jed’s wife joins in. I started listening to RunDisPod but quickly added this to my favorite listens. My kids run XC in upstate SC so I always learn something new about that. I began my running journey last year completing my first Disney Marathon this year and Kevin, Jed, Bonnie, and Katie were such inspirations and motivators. Thank you!!
