I found this pod through Des’ page and can’t believe I haven’t found it sooner! Such a huge fan of Tara’s and can’t wait to listen and learn more from the both of you and your guests. I consider myself a “retired” trail runner (I laugh at that because I’m generally last or near last to finish and honestly I’ve just gotten too scared to fall these days) - but who knows maybe this pod will bring me out of retirement. Looking forward to more episodes. Thanks!
