I’ve been devouring this podcast since getting diagnosed ADHD at 45. Feels odd to have someone describe your personality in such a perfectly fitting way, and I love how she explains the “why” behind various traits, thoughts, and feelings. Highly recommend.

I am undiagnosed Autistic and ADHD. I have always been a “fence sitter.” I am empathetic so I think I always see both sides so it’s hard to pick. New listener loving the show! Being validated feels good!: Loving your content! I am excited every time I see a new episode pop up! I have a predicament I'd like to share to see if it's something you could address in a future episode. I am undiagnosed Autistic and ADHD. I have always been a “fence sitter.” I am empathetic so I think I always see both sides so it's hard to pick. My predicament lies in relationships at work or school when I take the side of two different people. I listen and hear them vent about each other and I agree with both people without the ability to give any good advice to either party but I feel like I am being shady by talking “behind their back.” Help! Keep up the good work I love your show!

After listening to a few episodes I loved the reference to past episode when he said if you tell me to do it, then I don't want to do it anymore. I can relate 100 % and love that I am in on your joke now. Human connection is really vital. I loved your story about saying “Hi Barbie” at the convention and they responded back. I absolutely love moments like this. I truly love people but I am socially awkward. I'm complementing and admiring people in my head all the time but not letting the words come out to communicate it to them. People often misinterpret me as being snobby instead of shy and reserved.
