I’ve been devouring this podcast since getting diagnosed ADHD at 45. Feels odd to have someone describe your personality in such a perfectly fitting way, and I love how she explains the “why” behind various traits, thoughts, and feelings. Highly recommend.

It is authentic and contagious. I’ve learned a lot about myself by being validated by you and your experiences. After listening to a few explodes I loved the reference to past episode when he said if you tell me to do it, then I don’t want to do it anymore. I can relate 100 % and love that I am in on your joke now. Human c... more
