Lorna has a way of speaking clear language around how to eat “normal”. She uses personal experiences to encourage and teach those of us who have never been taught how to not use food to regulate.
I love all of Lorna’s content to be honest and the podcast is no different. Apart from the fact that it works .. I also love how it’s simple (not necessarily easy..), based in positivity by building yourself up and is non judgemental. Lorna encourages you to do the work and give compassion and tough love. If you’re struggling with your relationship with food or having constant food thoughts - this is the podcast for you
This is an excellent
podcast. This particular episode taught me to make an effort to resist my urge to binge. The more I resist my urges the weaker they will become.
This podcast has really helped me rethink dieting and binge eating in a healthier, more balanced way. The episodes are relatable, encouraging, and never make you feel judged. I’ve learned practical tools that are helping me break out of the binge/restrict cycle and feel more in control around food. Definitely one of the most helpful podcasts I’ve listened to on this topic.
I am so glad i found Lorna and her podcast. It is like hearing my own story. I have been trying to heal my relationship with food for many years, but never found anyone that understand exactly what you are going through and really gives you valuables tips and action step.
