  • I’m out!!

I lost 80 lbs thanks to Charlotte. I couldn’t wait for Mondays….I would go for a walk to listen to the latest episode, then listen again before bed. Lately, tho, it has become nothing more than a reading of negative (Gladys) comments. How is this helpful? Charlotte loved Richard Simmons….why doesn’t she adopt his attitude of positive energy? Brush off the bad and HELP people. She has the microphone….it’s powerful! Sorry….call me Gladys all you want. I won’t be listening!

  • Every episode has some nugget that I needed for the day. Thank you, Charlotte .

I think I first saw you on Instagram. You came up in a real, and I related to every word you were saying, so I did a deep dive into all of your content and found your podcast and I’m so glad I did as a person who has been overweight, my whole adult life, I’m talking 382 pounds what’s my highest weight! I did not use your common sense it approach to losing my weight, but I really wish I had! I lost all of my weight, super quick and white knuckled it through 14 months, but now I am reversing years... more

  • Charlotte Skanes Rocks!

I LOVE Charlotte’s refreshingly honest and 100% authentic coaching style. Having lost over 200 lbs herself with serious health problems, and kept it off, she shares her real life strategies and opinions which often fly in the face of the diet industry and conventional main stream diet thinking. She really explains how to work with your body and mind in a way that just makes you think “Yes! This makes sense!” I love her personality and the pink hair! Thank you Charlotte!

  • Refreshingly honest!

I found this podcast right before the new year when I was trying to get into a positive mindset for the months ahead. It’s been inspiring to hear someone who struggled with obesity be so open and honest about what their own journey. The first episode, her warning that weight loss isn’t fast and it isn’t easy: that’s the opposite of what we are told and (honestly) the opposite of what we want to hear. But it’s the truth. Her mantra of “eat whatever you want, just less” seems so simple but for tho... more
