It’s honestly so absurd how little they actually talk about desperate housewives. They have short 40 min episodes, including ads, and maybe fifteen of those minutes is about the show. All they do is tell stories about their lives - which is fine if this wasn’t a REWATCH PODCAST
I was over the top excited when this podcast started because I still think of DH as one of the best shows of all time. I’m rewatching it all now at my own pace. I like hearing Teri and Andrea give us the inside scoop on what happened during filming and when they actually recap the episodes. However, it has morphed into more of a social commentary podcast than anything. I loved how Teri would bring some kind of food item relating to the episode in the first few podcast episodes but stopped doing ... more
I've absolutely adored listening to this podcast. Desperate Housewives is my most rewatched show and I love hearing the perspectives of Andrea and Teri as well as Emerson who I think is such a lovely kind soul. Thank you ladies!
I want to like this so much. But I spend most of my time listening just being annoyed. 3/4 of the episode isn’t even about desperate housewives, and we hear from Emerson more than anyone…who wasn’t even on the show…had such high hopes for this but I’ve officially given up listening.
It started off good but like most actors , the can’t help themselves and have to go political. I’m out.
