I am so glad I found you! 🤣🤣 I am another human that feels so much better after reading your books and following them!! People regularly compliment my complexion and tell me I look 15 years younger. I’ve lost weight and exercise everyday. I no longer have knee and shoulder pain.

  • Dr. Eric Westman

As always another great dialogue! Yes, like alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, we NEED a carb intervention….insightful…been on Adkins since Feb 1 and feeling better than the “good” I was feeling before I started. Hard to believe eating MOSTLY proteins…eggs, grass fed/finished beef, chicken and seafood with moderate veggies works….and it does. Hard to give up beans, nuts, and fruit. How do we get in touch with Dr. Eric Westman for further consultation? Nothing in the show notes….thank you.

Recent vitamin D podcast was extremely helpful; relevant and succinct. As a experienced CV nurse who religiously followed the AHA without question(problem #1!), Dr. Davis gave me confidence and evidence to question what I had always preached. We are on Wheat Belly program and a member of Dr. Davis i finite health inner circle. Thank you Dr. Davis for going against the grain and helping us!
