  • Insightful

This podcast is for those who want to be the CEO of their health.

Thanks to Dr Davis' books and the knowledge he shares from not just his MD background but also of the gut microbiome, I now make my own yoghurt (with the cultures he recommends) and have improved the health of my family.

  • Dr. Eric Westman

As always another great dialogue! Yes, like alcohol, tobacco, and drugs, we NEED a carb intervention….insightful…been on Adkins since Feb 1 and feeling better than the “good” I was feeling before I started. Hard to believe eating MOSTLY proteins…eggs, grass fed/finished beef, chicken and seafood with moderate veggies works….and it does. Hard to give up beans, nuts, and fruit. How do we get in touch with Dr. Eric Westman for further consultation? Nothing in the show notes….thank you.
