This podcast host took some serious heat for unpopular positions on a few murder cases. After being outspoken about those positions, all of a sudden there were slew of one star hate review reviews. Interesting that.
Season one was retitled I believe, the Gacy Tapes. Season two is about the conviction of Anthony Garcia. I’m listening to season two now, it’s a fantastic deep dive. Exactly what I was looking for. This is not a one sided defense of Anthony Garcia, it’s a thorough review of the cas... more
Not everyone can podcast and be a lawyer. Time to focus on one or the other and stop giving both a half hearted attempt. The actions of this lawyer are despicable both in court and in claiming the innocence of the most clearly guilty horrible people that there are. Never finishes the series, and cares too much about his own involvement in “famous” cases than spreading true and accurate information.
I was a huge fan of Bob’s in the early days, when he at least seemed to be open to objectivity. I just listened to his commentary on the Marilyn Moseby / Adnan Syed circus, and Bob has lost the plot. Worshipping the professionalism and integrity of Marilyn Moseby, declaring that Syed is definitively not the guy and speculating about how many millions he would win for his wrongful conviction. If all Bob did was read the Moseby motion, he should still have realized that Moseby was desperately t... more
Still not finished and it’ll be 4 years in March. Episode 70 is complete filler. I’m 20 minutes in and you just keep repeating that the judge disallowed the Alleles, but if you let Dr. Reich say he was excluded, then the prosecution can use the Alleles. Over and over and over. WE GET IT. You have said it about 12 times. Zero effort or you think we are all too stupid to understand. You could have this podcast finished if you’d stop repeating the same thing over and over for the entire episode. Yo... more
