I found always-needed ease, realness and understanding.
I’ve been on a healing journey since the ending of my marriage. Once the divorce was finalized I knew there was going to be a lot of work to heal different parts of me. I’ve done great work in my healing journey, but recently found myself stuck due to triggers that had me spiraling into a state of confusion and fear that I hadn’t felt in several years. Morning affirmations and such were helping somewhat, but Marina’s podcast is helping tremendously; I’m extremely grateful.
