I am new to this podcast and appreciate the seriousness and value of the information. I do wish the episode about gut health had included the 6 pillars of food in the show notes and been better explained at the end. I thought fermented foods was one of the 6 but was not mentioned at the end and don’t understand where omega 3’s and protein fit in. Thanks.
I have learned so much listening to Dr. Poynor and I find myself sharing episodes with friends and family regularly.
