What a candid, open and honest story from a truly inspirational individual. Nathan tells his story of numerous adverse childhood experiences (ACE) and how this has had a huge impact on his adult life. I was hooked listening to his life story and now have a greater understanding of Adverse childhood experiences and the impact they have. I can use this greater understanding to hopefully help others in my personal and professional life. Great work Michael, keep them coming.
I devoured this. Hadn’t heard Paul Merson talk this candidly before. Excellent expose on the truly shocking demons of addiction, with a poignant ending. Important listen.
Amazing military stories with such heart, soul and healing. Thoroughly engaging interviews loved by someone who has never been in the military but always been fascinated, gripping stuff highly recommend
This podcast has everything I need but most importantly it’s inspiring and motivating. Absolutely brilliant podcast, Michael C and the team have done a fab job.
Michael the host gives the guests space and time to reveal some hugely powerful, emotive and at times, harrowing memories in these podcasts. This can, at times, leave some of the episodes a challenging but riveting listen. Despite this, most are stories of redemption, over coming challenge and strength through friendships. I do not find being a ‘civvy’ listener a bar as these themes are universal and the host ensures context when needed. I look forward to hearing more.
