    I found Serena on IG and was impressed with the information she shared. On a whim, I signed up for her Eat Like An Athlete boot camp live cohort and it is one of the best investments I’ve made all year. The educational content is very high quality. She is honest, teaches based on the science. In just a couple of months working with her, I feel better than I have in over a year.
