    I’ve been using headspace meditation for a couple years now… PLEASE make a season 2 on netflix with more information. I use it every night faithfully and it’s so tranquil 🙏🏾

    Thank you for making this show, Robin and the Teachers at Headspace. This show often grounds me and teaches me practical ways of applying meditation to everyday life.

    I wonder about the format of the show: having Robin interview the teachers creates a barrier between the voicemail and listener that might help keep a sense of flow but also block the listeners and callers from important ahah moments. I often wish the caller could respond to the teacher in real time. I also would love the show to... more

    The mindfulness teachers offer some great wisdom and the show is expansive in its content. The host chooses some thought-provoking questions. The host distracts from the high quality advice/wisdom offered by the teachers as she continually makes the conversation about herself, her life, her journey every time. She’s a standup comedian. This isn’t her format because she is interested in an audience more than a conversation.
