Thank you for making this show, Robin and the Teachers at Headspace. This show often grounds me and teaches me practical ways of applying meditation to everyday life. more
The mindfulness teachers offer some great wisdom and the show is expansive in its content. The host chooses some thought-provoking questions. The host distracts from the high quality advice/wisdom offered by the teachers as she continually makes the conversation about herself, her life, her journey every time. She’s a standup comedian. This isn’t her format because she is interested in an audience more than a conversation. more
The mindfulness teachers offer some great wisdom and the show is expansive in its content. The host chooses some thought-provoking and excellent questions. The host weighs in a lot about her personal life and experience in a way that just feels like it occupies a lot of the space in the conversation without necessarily furthering it. I don’t need to know so much about the host. Her constantly talking over the teachers is annoying. And rude.
I’ve been using Headspace app for a while. Now I’ve discovered this podcast and have found it so interesting. The presenters of Headspace answering questions from people. I’m really enjoying it.
