DBT can improve depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and other mental health struggles. We are Kate and Michelle, two mental health therapists in Seattle, WA. We have been teaching DBT groups as a team for years. Whether you've neve... more

This podcast has been a godsend because I’ve been told DBT would be really good for me, but it is impossible to find anybody who accepts medical insurance that does DBT. Using this podcast (and soon their book because I just bought it), I will be able to try to do the work!! more
Good content but delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Don't get me wrong, the hosts are obviously both very knowledgeable and compassionate. But I've had to stop listening because of Kate. Her laughing at every other thing that's been said (it's clearly not funny and seems to be nervous laughter) is both annoying and highly inappropriate when she does it when speaking about serious topics. Kate and Michelle bring so much of themselves into this process. So kind and empathic. They want success for their listeners. They provid... more
I’m learning DBT at the moment with my therapist and I’ve found this podcast such a useful extra guide. Very honest and engaging hosts.
