  • Older…

and typically listen to dating and relationship podcasts by GenXers (like me) or older. Normally, I’m a little irritated by the youngs 😊However I find this podcast to be pretty universal and relatable for people of all ages. I also learn a lot from the younger voices on here. Really great job.

Should You Stay or Should You Go?
Q: What are the questions that someone should ask themselves before deciding to call it off?
If you're having ambivalence, see this as an invitation to explore something. Determine whether it's anxiety or intuition that's speaking. Have you given your partner an opportunity to address your concerns? Look past the wedding day to think about the rest of your life together. Consider whether fear is a reason to stay. You need reasons to stay that are about the present and how the relationship nourishes you.
Jake’s First Kiss & Other Things He Never Talks About
Q: What advice do you have for somebody in younger Jake's position of wanting to find someone but truly being so busy and traveling so much for work?
My advice is that you don't need to have the perfect job or situation to be able to date. Just be open to finding someone the right person, and it can work out.
My Friend Hooked Up With Someone’s Boyfriend — AITA?
Q: How do I respectfully tell her that we no longer align and that our friendship has run its course?
You may need to distance yourself and express that you can no longer be her emotional support.
My Friend Hooked Up With Someone’s Boyfriend — AITA?
Q: Am I the asshole for no longer wanting to be friends with her when she's clearly not well?
No, you're not the asshole. It's important to prioritize your own mental health.
“What It’s Really Like to Be Single at 49”
Q: Did you want kids?
Judith did not really want kids, feeling lucky that she didn't have a strong maternal instinct, acknowledging the challenges women face if they do want children later in life.
