  • Blowing the whistle on NTM

Society needs a wake up call to the toxicity that comes with creating reality TV shows. This podcast features interviews with multiple contestants of ANTM and gives us a deeper perspective of really happened behind the scenes of the show. What these tv studios were legally able to force these girls to do is nothing short of abuse and it’s infuriating. I’ve enjoyed listening to each episode and I’m looking forward to listening to any future installments.

  • Times have changed

A great look back and analysis of the problems of reality TV shows and how they impacted participants - especially early on when people could be more naive about them. I watched this show way back in the day and certainly internalized some of the same body/food shaming standards of the day. The pod is a great companion to the Netflix series and I look forward to viewing the E! series as well.
