I usually don’t care for co-hosts on podcasts like these, but these two are amazing together. They don’t talk over each other, they have a laid back banter and their humor, when appropriate, is organic and actually cute. They have the right vocal tones, cadence, they are engaging and compelling storytellers. Nobody in my opinion does it better than these two. For those of you who feel they’re racist or anti-men because of the side comments, you need to lighten up. For one, they’re not wrong, and... more
I enjoyed the content/topics. But had to stop because of the negativity of the hosts (and I am a liberal leaning female). It was incredibly off putting. And to have such a strong level of personal bias will undoubtedly taint the stories they tell.
I used to really enjoy this show, but now it’s unbearable. The hosts talk like they’re morally superior, constantly mock people, and laugh at their own jokes way too much. It’s condescending, annoying, and honestly not fun to listen to anymore.
I’m currently listening to the Natalie Cochran episode and am so disturbed by the host who keeps laughing. I understand that Natalie’s lack of planning in the coverup of her husband’s murder was ridiculous but why are we laughing out loud repeatedly when someone is dead? It’s insensitive and inappropriate, please be mindful that victims’ friends and families may be listening.
I love them, they are funny and clever, and the stories are always interesting. Thank you
