The basic premise of the podcast is good and informative. But the unnecessary jabs like “Ted Cruz sucks” when he had nothing to do with the story are just stupid and off putting.
Still, some of the humor is odd but endearing when you consider the source, two liberal women, which is their choice.
I have to say that the stories are interesting.
Lot of white people all up in their feelings about racism to them… lol. If we weren’t perpetuating the abuses and privilege maybe you’d have a point, but until then it’s a bunch of snowflakes who can’t stand to be critiqued. Same for “patriots” defending America clutching their pearls over podcast hosts. And Wondery doing better? Ha, it’s an Amazon subsidiary… you have got to be joking; I’m surprised they are able to be this opinionated.
I love them. Funny. Good story tellers. Love this pod!
Update: I came to write a review because I love this podcast so much and ha! It looks like I’ve already done it! So good I had to review it twice
This whole podcast IS a scam!
Initially, they only dropped the first half of the 2 part series, and as the seasons progressed, they became paid only!!!
Sit and spin Wondery for your bullying tactics to procure payments!!!
Robert Morgenthau is Mr. Morgenthau and not Robert! It is grating to hear. Legendary District Attorney.
