I loved all of the interviews so far but the one I took the most notes on and really reflected on , what was said , was the podcast with Denise Hamilton. Thank you Ericka for bringing such diverse topics and speakers into this space. Great job.

  • Honest,innovative and enlightening

Ericka’s podcasts are incredible. I appreciate the way in which she respects and engages with her guests. She models how she is processing on her mind/body experiences as well as assimilating new knowledge from others.

It is as though she takes the content of the conversation and dissects it allowing listeners to ponder their version of the mind body experience.
