It makes it really difficult to decide whether to listen to your podcast or not, when you have a lengthy ‘welcome’, but absolutely no information about the actual episode. Why is that? The ‘welcome’ is definitely not needed at the beginning of each episode, and most True Crime listeners want to know what the episode is about, in case they’ve already listened to that case on another podcast.
