As an Licensed Social Worker that does outpatient therapy with children and adolescents, I’m always on the look for different approaches, ideas, and other perspectives to support my interventions. Overall this podcast is delivering great content.

It is mindful of multiple approaches, cultures, and considerations when it comes to therapy and Kate does a wonderful job of getting the guests to discuss various topics.

It also maintains a casual nature which is great to see in a podcast dealing with this content. Too clinical and I would be bored in the first 5 minutes; Too casual and I wouldn't be able to take it serious. It's fun, conversational, but also dives deep.

Worth your time!

Kate provides a really inspiring perspective on the world of therapy that many different healthcare professionals can gain benefit from.

Kids do not come with an owners manual. This podcast it helpful in learning strategies that you wouldn't necessarily think of when it comes to raising children. Each child is different so it is good to have a tool box of ideas. It is also cool to hear from professionals that have years of education and experience. Great Job Kate!!
