We call it the Main Street podcast but most of it this year was on the Lake. Relive the Birkie with friends old and new in the final kilometer across Lake Hayward, this year with good audio thanks to our Patreon supporters. You can join in: go to pat... more
Ketzel joins us for race week weather and there's a lot to discuss! You can support the Podcast: go to Pioneermidwest.com and order a race wax service using the promo code "podcast" or go to patreon.com/ofsevit.
Jakob Wartman is a fast skier. And a pretty good runner too. We talk about his victory and 7th fastest time in history at the Superior 100, and an upcoming somewhat shorter ski race.
Year 10ish of talking to Ben Popp about the upcoming race. (Podcast #69 … nice, although not as nice as podcast 6-7.)

This year’s Main Street episode was absolutely worth the wait. First, I’m so happy about the surprise—Congratulations!!!!
I was on my way to White Grass when I saw that the episode had been released and immediately listened. The sound of cowbells and hearing about everyone’s race has definitely made my Birkie Fever worse. And thanks for running out on the snow in your bare feet to interview my friend Ann. It was epic!
Made for a great listen on the way up to PreBirkie! Your Main Street edition featured quite a few familiar voices:)
I’m trying to listen to #11 but it’s a repeat of #10?
