This is the most beautiful podcast. It’s so relevant, thought provoking and informative. Sas is like a warm, respectful hug that doesn’t last too long! She has a natural rapport with her guests, so discussions are comfortable to listen to. And brings huge value and insight on solo episodes. I’ve saved more episodes than not!

  • Comfort blankets in a pod!

Sas came into my life over the gram with her comfort blankets which give me life every week. I’ve made some huge life changes in the time have known Sas. This pod is supportive and comforting yet gently challenging which I have realised I respond so well too. I learn so much from Sas and her guests and am grateful for the wisdom and compassion and warmth here. Take Courage and Spice on a walk or do some cooking whilst listening - you won’t regret it!
