  • A Parenting Must Have!!

I have been listening to/learning from Jennifer for a while now, at least I feel like I have been. I’ve heard her talk at a lot of parenting conferences/webinars and she is always one of my favorites. She really makes you feel understood and she is relatable - that may not be in the right context but she makes me feel like I’m doing the best I can and I can try the suggestions she gives. She makes everything seem so easy. I love her talks and she has a calming voice.. definitely a must listen ... more

  • Grandma of 9 finds value here

Well, I wish I had this information when I was a mom! I tell every mom I know about this podcast and the community! My young friends are so thankful! Jenifer breaks things down so easily and I just love her voice! As a retired English teacher, I wish more parents would put these skills into practice! The kids today are a mess because nobody knows how to parent! They leave them to their own devices, both literally and figuratively! Apparently they are just not parenting at all! JENNIF1R, I applau... more

  • So grateful

This parenting approach is so connected to what comes naturally to me as a parent - people often have advice that doesn’t sit right with me so it’s a relief to find someone who affirms my parenting instincts. The episode on stealing finally helped break my 6 year old’s shoplifting habit and repaired our relationship after months of counsellors and punitive measures (e.g. searching her, grounding, questioning, assuming guilt, etc…) which were promoted by popular parenting programs (such as Triple... more
