  • Narcissist study 101

This is the most interesting insight into a covert narcissist who definitely does not understand, that he is one! The talking about himself in the 3. Person, the saying totally banal things and acting like he is so profound! The way he uses women for approval (though every episode he says, he is NOT, he always has 2-3 new stories about “girls”🙄😂 I am sorry to those who pay him for coaching… this guy is a talking red flag! And trying to act all evolved and self aware… Best study ever!

  • Authentic & honest

I find Chris to be incredibly authentic and honest, especially when sharing his personal struggles, motivations, and growth. His vulnerability with his audience makes him relatable and raw. Even if your own experiences differ from his, Chris offers a grounded perspective that encourages presence in your own life and trust in the process. His openness not only inspires but also genuinely helps others navigate their own journeys. This podcast is a valuable listen for anyone seeking clarity, connec... more

  • Internet personality

Used to really learn a lot from this podcast, been listening for a few years now nonstop, lately all it’s been is “I want to be an Internet personality” and it’s losing the point of the podcast. If you’re meant to be an Internet personality, it won’t miss you, like you always say. Don’t obsess, and let it happen naturally, talking about it nonstop is getting exhausting, might have to peace out

  • From a therapist

I generally enjoy listening to this guy, I think he makes a lot of great points but I feel like it's pretty silly that his opinion of a woman who's been single for 3 plus years is she's hella avoidant. What about the ones that are growing, healing, working on themselves and/or careers? The ones exploring what's important or not so important to them in a relationship. The ones that are finding validation in themselves and not in others? I personally think that being single longer is a healthier ... more

No More Reassurance
Q: How can I avoid crumbs and situationships and get clearer about what I want in the early stages?
Lead with your own energy and be explicit about your needs. Don't put the ball in their court; articulate your desires and look for consistent signals in their behavior over time.
No More Reassurance
Q: Not knowing if it's rushing or reassuring the relationship when asking for clarity early on, is that bad or good?
Ask from a loving, confident place rather than a fearful one, and express what you want directly. Early on you should communicate your own desires clearly instead of relying on their reaction to guiding you.
Nothing to Prove
Q: Can you get comfortable with just existing, with just being, not needing something outside of you to occupy the lack that you feel in your own experience?
That's why I said loneliness is a disconnection from self. It's not that you don't have other people around you.
Disturbing Your Peace
Q: Does it show insecurity to honor how I truly feel?
Absolutely not, it's more insecure to not express your truth.
Lonely Inside
Q: What is the opposite of loneliness?
Deeply being connected to yourself means being connected to your body, your feelings, and your truth.
