As a dating coach and disorganized avoidant, I've observed dating from the lens of my own experience and through the experience of others. This podcast is about sharing what is absolutely true, while focusing on how I can help you with dating, attachment, and putting an end to your unwanted patterns. Don't be afraid to DM me or ask me questions as I will use your personal situations as well as my ... more

So I broke my celibacy, and may have pulled my groin in the process. This somehow spun off into an analogy about how I got the ick from cigarettes and letting go of toxic relationships (aka emotional cigarettes), trust me it’s sensational. Then I get... more
So this was a very unexpected week to say the least. I saw the most attractive girl I've seen in years, didn't shoot my shot, and came home feeling like shit. I'll talk about why and the importance of taking the risk. This then leads into a story abo... more
This is going to be a Dear Diary episode. A podcast journal of how I am feeling at my core. I've been in a mini funk, but somehow it's also the most peace I've felt in my life in a long time. The duality of it all ... Really what's happening is that ... more
To be real, last week I hadn't been feeling my best. I care about showing up confident (and not looking weak), so I tend to mask those feelings. That's how our conversation starts. I get into detail about why I am the way I am. I'll walk you through ... more

This is the most interesting insight into a covert narcissist who definitely does not understand, that he is one! The talking about himself in the 3. Person, the saying totally banal things and acting like he is so profound! The way he uses women for approval (though every episode he says, he is NOT, he always has 2-3 new stories about “girls”🙄😂 I am sorry to those who pay him for coaching… this guy is a talking red flag! And trying to act all evolved and self aware… Best study ever!
I find Chris to be incredibly authentic and honest, especially when sharing his personal struggles, motivations, and growth. His vulnerability with his audience makes him relatable and raw. Even if your own experiences differ from his, Chris offers a grounded perspective that encourages presence in your own life and trust in the process. His openness not only inspires but also genuinely helps others navigate their own journeys. This podcast is a valuable listen for anyone seeking clarity, connec... more
I love love love loveeeee your podcast. I was randomly scrolling today trying to find a podcast to listen to & I came across yours. I’m so glad I did, the first episode I listened to was amazing. You’ve really opened up my mind in several mini ways. Thank You!
Used to really learn a lot from this podcast, been listening for a few years now nonstop, lately all it’s been is “I want to be an Internet personality” and it’s losing the point of the podcast. If you’re meant to be an Internet personality, it won’t miss you, like you always say. Don’t obsess, and let it happen naturally, talking about it nonstop is getting exhausting, might have to peace out
I generally enjoy listening to this guy, I think he makes a lot of great points but I feel like it's pretty silly that his opinion of a woman who's been single for 3 plus years is she's hella avoidant. What about the ones that are growing, healing, working on themselves and/or careers? The ones exploring what's important or not so important to them in a relationship. The ones that are finding validation in themselves and not in others? I personally think that being single longer is a healthier ... more

This show centers on dating, attachment, and personal growth, with a blunt, coaching-focused lens that blends practical relationship strategies with vulnerable, diary-like storytelling. Episodes explore anxious and avoidant patterns, the tension between desire and self-trust, and concrete steps to communicate needs, set boundaries, and cultivate inner security. A notable angle is the host's willingness to share candid experiences and coach listeners through real-world dating scenarios, often weaving in actionable frameworks and sponsor reads that ground the coaching in everyday life. The broader appeal lies in unapologetic honesty, self-work, and a focus on sustainable dating choices over quick fixes, making it likely to attract listeners s... more
